**Position Description**:
We are a growing fire protection company in need of a Scheduler/Dispatcher for our Alarm department. You are responsible for managing multiple field service technician's weekly schedules to report to our customer's needs. Position consists of daily communication on telephone/mobile phone, computer use, and utilizing a scheduling platform daily for our felid technicians.

**Responsibilities/Duties**:

- Schedule our field service technicians for commercial customers service appointments.
- Communicate daily with service technicians supporting on route schedule.
- Adjust service technicians' route when necessary to meet the customer's needs.
- Completes and manages service technicians daily run sheets.
- Creates work orders for new and existing customers.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Professional and courteous phone manner.
- Ability to cope with change, met deadlines, and make decisions in a timely manner.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and build positive professional relationships with customers.
- Ability to problem-solve and find effective solutions.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively and efficient.

Hours are Monday - Friday - 7:30-4:30pm. Experience is a plus.
