  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the Service Department.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or dispatch role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
