**Manage a high volume of electronic transactions, including**
- Accounts Payable_
- Record all accounts payable activity, including vendors and non-vendors to GLs provided by Client.
- Maintain vendor database including W9 and insurance certification.
- Process all disbursements after Client approval, including those by EFT and ACH, ensuring that payments are efficiently distributed. Record disbursements on auto pay including those vendors paid via LBMX.
- Verify reimbursement requests against receipts provided and process disbursements after Client approval.
- Reconcile vendor statements, verifying and resolving inquires for missed invoices/payments as needed.
- Reconcile the credit processing statement with POS receipts.
- Accounts Receivable_
- Process data to generate and distribute electronic invoices.
- Post payments received and manage accounts receivable.
- Record all cash receipts from Point of Sale systems utilizing a GL interface or other means
- Record all receipts through Client website or 3rd party E-Commerce vendors, where applicable.

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)**

∙ High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, Associates or Bachelor's Degree in accounting preferred.
- Two or more years Accounts Payable (A/P) and/or Accounting Clerk experience.
- QuickBooks Online experience
- Equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
- General understanding of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles).
- Experience with automated accounting programs and systems.
- Ability to learn new software programs as needed.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent computer skills using 10-Key by touch and ability to type 40 WPM.
- Must possess proficient ability to communicate in English in oral and written format; Spanish fluency desired.
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial data
- Excellent time managing skills with the ability to, prioritize, and meet deadlines
