We are looking for someone that can grasp a good understanding of our company and the industries we serve. You must be able to conduct business in a professional manner, be a team player, and provide our customers with superior customer service. This position is full time Monday-Friday from 6:30am-3:00pm.
**Responsibilities**:
- Initiate, establish, and build strong customer relationships
- Maintain customer base as well as seek new opportunities within that base
- Make outbound calls to prospect new business opportunities
- Follow up on all leads and make sure to schedule the next action to be taken
- Help with any marketing tasks within the sales department
- Communicate with customers to address their needs and concerns
- Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information to a create a positive customer experience
- Coordinate with production and management regarding customer job status
- Research new materials as well as try to better understand the materials that we currently work with
**Requirements/Experience/Education**:
- High School Diploma
- Prior sales and customer service experience
- Must have an outgoing and self-motivated personality
- Prior manufacturing in the industries we serve is a plus
**Compensation and Benefits**:
- $20-$30/hr. + Commission
