**Duties**:

- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Organize and manage leads with sales staff in the DYI, and B2B customers
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of products or services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

**Experience**:

- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Experience in technical sales or technology-related industries is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
