Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach, train, and develop account developers on sales processes and procedures to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Set sales goals, timelines, and target lists for account developers and track results to ensure timely execution.

Requirements
  • Knowledge of CCCI Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery operations.
  • Advanced selling skills and prior leadership experience.
  • Good planning techniques and organizational skills.
  • Cross-functional relationship building and leadership abilities.
Work Environment

The work environment will vary, including exposure to weather conditions, coolers, and customer storage areas which may be non-temperature controlled.
