**We are seeking a highly organized and responsible office assistant to join our growing organization. In this position, you will perform clerical tasks, answer phones, and help around the office. Other duties will include assisting office manager with preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly.**
**Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities**
- Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information, Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
- Set appointments
- Enter new customer information into system
- Update existing customer information
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Get permits for jobs
- Schedule inspections and installations
- Help where needed in the office
**Education and Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Required language proficiency
- Knowledge of customer service
- Good data entry and typing skills
