Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at IntelyCare. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality patient care in post-acute care facilities, working closely with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to patients in post-acute care facilities, including vital sign checks and regular reporting to the nursing team.
  • Observe patient conditions and alert supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies.
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and feeding.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for patients, including changing linens and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare staff to ensure seamless care.
  • Transport patients safely and comfortably to and from exam tables, beds, and wheelchairs.
Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff.
