About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in optimizing their time and enabling them to focus on advancing the company's critical strategic goals and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar and appointment scheduling to ensure optimal time management.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including creating and polishing board-level PowerPoint presentations, agendas, and documents.
  • Assist the CEO in prioritizing daily tasks, managing communications, and implementing processes to streamline administrative functions.
  • Coordinate and manage meetings with stakeholders, ensuring clear agenda, goals, and desired outcomes are established.
  • Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the CEO. Prioritize emails and respond as appropriate.
  • Arrange complex international and domestic travel itineraries, ensuring seamless travel experiences.
  • Monitor progress on key initiatives, providing updates and highlighting urgent tasks.
  • Provide administrative support to the CFO as needed and assist in coordinating tasks related to the CFO's responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably a CEO with international responsibility.
  • Proven track record of improving executive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Exceptional organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication and excellent interpersonal skills at all levels from executive to manufacturing floor employees.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Project management experience is highly desirable.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
