We are currently seeking a full-time team member for Sunday (8:00am - 4:30pm) Monday - Thursday (9:00am - 5:30pm)

Located in Wakefield, MA, we are seeking energetic, friendly, and team-working individuals for our expanding, fast-paced service company.

If you have a strong passion for customer service, and business administration this may be a great fit for you
- Job Duties:_
- Phone - Communicating with customers for inbound and outbound call support to assist our customers. The volume of calls is moderate to heavy, depending on the season.
- Scheduling - Scheduling and booking service appointments based on the customer's urgency and needs.
- Dispatching - Communicating with the On-Call Technicians for emergency calls and dispatching the Technicians to the calls.

Qualities to have for Role:

- Being comfortable on the phone with customers while assisting them with their needs quickly and efficiently.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Having enthusiasm and passion to help the company grow.
- Empathy and understanding of customer needs.
- Drive to continue to train and learn in your role.
