Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with callers, ensuring that their needs are met and their concerns are addressed.
  • Record information accurately and in a timely manner, utilizing our electronic medical records system.
  • Assist callers with urgent and routine requests, directing them to the appropriate personnel or resources as needed.
  • Understand and dispatch emergency situations to the proper personnel, ensuring timely and effective response.
  • Maintain the integrity and functionality of all telecommunications equipment in the designated area.
  • Coordinate paperwork and documentation with funeral homes and patient areas as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • High School Graduate or equivalent, with some college preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in electronic medical records systems.
  • Strong commitment to delivering customer-focused quality care.
  • Ability to communicate effectively using interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and accomplish projects and tasks.
