Crestwood Manor is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team
Crestwood Manor is a Springpoint Senior Living Community located in Whiting, NJ. At Springpoint, the Facilities Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the overall daily operations of the community in the areas of maintenance, housekeeping, grounds, safety, and security, and to coordinate all activities involved in the maintenance and physical upkeep of the facility to ensure safe and efficient operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain written policies and procedures for each area. Standardize methods in which tasks will be performed.
- Recruit, interview, select and hire any personnel staff within housekeeping, maintenance, and security.
- Ability to use and manage an electronic work order management system.
- Plan and recommend development of the physical plant. Review, design, and recommend to Manager approval of plans for construction and/or advise on structural changes and additions or modifications to building, equipment and grounds.
- Maintain an inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Attend and participate in workshops, seminars, meetings, and training programs as required and as requested.
- Inspect and maintain the grounds of the facility, including general clean-up of the front walkways, side entrances, etc.
- Snow removal as needed.
- Handle all resident and office information in a confidential manner, ensuring the residents right to privacy, respect, and dignity.

**Education and Experience**:

- Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 3 years supervisory maintenance experience
- Experience working in an LTC/Hospital setting preferred
