Requirements:

  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent with additional specialized education or training.
  • Experience: Three to five years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
