As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including Assisted Living Suites, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal facility condition and minimize downtime
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding facility maintenance and safety
- Lead a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations
Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
