Compensation: $50,000 to $58,500 Annually

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Executing preventive and corrective maintenance tasks to uphold exceptional standards across Assisted Living Suites, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes.
  • Collaborating with fellow maintenance and environmental services team members to ensure timely completion of maintenance duties.
  • Maintaining compliance with building and equipment standards, including documentation of equipment inspections as per local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Managing a campus that accommodates over 200 residents, featuring Assisted Living, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes.
Qualifications Required:
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience with basic hand tools.
  • Familiarity with building equipment, codes, and systems.
  • Ability to perform assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in facility maintenance; prior experience in a hospital or nursing home setting is highly preferred.
  • Capability to lift, push, and pull weights up to 100 lbs.
