Job Summary:
Seidel Hyundai is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team at our Reading, Pennsylvania location. This is a full-time, individual contributor position in the fast-paced and dynamic auto industry. As a BDR, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities for the dealership, as well as maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients. **Responsibilities**:

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Previous experience in sales, specifically in the auto industry, is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
