Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and talented Sales Controller/Business Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry and be committed to achieving excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Take a hands-on role in the running of the business
- Grow and lead the sales team to deliver business objectives
- Ensure high standards of showroom and sales pitch
- Train and develop sales staff
- Continuously improve customer care satisfaction
- Work closely with the General Manager and Sales Team
- Maximise profitable sales of finance and insurance products
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience within the car industry, including selling car finance and insurance products
- Preferable FCA-approved, however if not, this can be approved by us
- Self-motivating, hard-working, dynamic and determined
- Experienced but still willing to learn
- Sales expert and strong, experienced leader with drive and determination to succeed
- 100% committed to the company and willing to go the extra miles always
- First-class interpersonal skills, combined with a credible leadership style
- Ability to implement and control process change
- Capable of building relationships at all levels with team members and customers
- Eye for detail and meticulous standards
- High-class relationship building skills
