Business Development Opportunity

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team at NESC Staffing. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading commercial account expansion and new business development.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Build and maintain trust-based professional relationships through prospecting and active networking
* Manage industry trade show events
* Develop and maintain a schedule to perform site walk-throughs for estimating
* Assist in the creation of customized client solutions and designs
* Efficiently and proactively support and manage account relationships
* Ensure renewals of each current account
* Generate referrals from existing client base

**Requirements**

* 1+ years of sales experience
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to create and deliver client presentations
* Team player with excellent time management and personal organization skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
