**Position**: Human Resources Generalist

**Position Summary**: This position is located in Greenville/Spartanburg, SC and is responsible for HR at the work site. This position reports to the HR Leader. Expected travel is approximately 5%.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manages the full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units. Creates and implements marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers in assigned area.
- Actively participates in all staffing related activities and engages in cross functional projects.
- Tracks and reports key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity; completes and ensures on-time delivery of new hire employment documentation consistent with company processes and procedures.
- Basic knowledge of HR best practices
- Manage employee issues, including coaching, development discussions, corrective actions, and investigations.
- Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Handle day to day HR activities at plant location.
- Serves as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints.
**Required Education, Skills and Experiences**:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Finance or Business Administration
- 1 Year of Human Resources experience
- Self-direction and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Team player with ability to work in a high-paced environment and prioritize multiple activities
- Skilled at problem solving, including being able to identify issues and offer potential solutions.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish relationships, collaborate and influence other.
- Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and written.
- Ability to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in an effective manner and skillfully gather and analyze information.
