We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Employee Relations: Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding activities, serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, and conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance review process, ensure timely and constructive feedback, and assist managers with performance improvement plans and career development initiatives.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other company-sponsored benefits, and address employee questions and concerns regarding benefits.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, and identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with at least 1 year in a generalist or similar role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles and practices, strong understanding of employment laws and regulations, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, and proficiency in Gusto, Guideline, Lark.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and onsite work required.
