Schedule: Mon-Frid- 8 hour days
Contract role through Dec 2024
Administrative Junior Training Coordinator:
• Providing general administrative support to the training team.
• Ensuring effective communication and flow of information within the department.
• Assisting in the development and maintenance of training schedules and plans.
• Coordinating resources for the delivery of training programs.
• Tracking and maintaining employee training records.
• Supporting the on-boarding process for new employees and contractors.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have an associate's degree in a relevant field.
• Have 3 years expereince in an administrative position (Dow expereince a plus)
• Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Are a team player with good communication skills.
• Have a proactive and adaptable approach to work.
