Job Title: Finance and Administration Officer

This is a challenging and rewarding role that provides a broad range of financial, administrative, and human resources support to the Breath and Drug Operations team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial and administrative support to the team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
  • Coordinate and implement administrative processes and procedures.
  • Provide human resources support, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, community groups, and other organizations.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in finance, administration, and human resources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
