Roles
The CRM Administrator is responsible for the overall administration, management, and support of the CRM system to optimize customer interactions and effectively enhance overall customer engagement resulting in increased enrollments. The Administrator will work with the marketing and enrollment teams to successfully implement, monitor, and analyze customer communication and trends. The Administrator will support five distinct market segments. The position reports to Marketing and Communications leadership.
Responsibilities
- Develop dashboards and reports for end users that will inform and guide their activities and decisions.
- Analyze data and provide recommendations for tactics and strategies to implement or expand.
- Provide regular enrollments reports to the staff that include key enrollment data.
- Ensure data quality and integrity is maintained.
- Work across the organization as the point person for users and a champion for the CRM.
- Continually expand knowledge of the system to strengthen the marketing and enrollment outcomes.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field.
- Two plus years of CRM experience with high proficiency and impact (Slate preferred).
- Comprehensive understanding of business processes and how a CRM can and will be utilized across the organization to improve and maximize enrollment outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Customer service orientated combined with the ability to work well with others.
- Creativity, initiative, and enthusiasm about the CRM functionalities and capabilities.
- Excellent critical thinking, business acumen, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in providing user support across operating units.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong proficiency with computer applications including Windows-based programs and databases.
- Develop systems and processes to ensure the data are accurate and reliable.
- Monitor data quality, migration, and integration among platforms.
- Coordinate with Marketing, IT and other departments to optimize customer engagement.
- Train staff on expectations and usage of the CRM.
- Produce, update, and deliver training documents for staff.
- Lead, with the support of IT, the integration of new tools/systems to support new student recruitment.
