Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Engineer/Project Drafter to join our team at Easi-Set Industries. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for preparing and modifying drawings, creating shop drawings, and providing technical support for our licensed products and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and modify drawings per specifications and customer requirements
  • Create shop drawings of products using 2D or 3D drafting and modeling
  • Prepare detailed production drawings
  • Provide technical support for Easi-Set licensed products and processes
  • Work closely with Engineering Manager and licensed producers to ensure drawings are complete and accurate
  • Coordinate resolution of production problems
  • Manage projects to ensure schedules and timelines are accomplished
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (preferred)
  • 2+ years of relevant experience with AutoCAD/Revit/Solidworks/Tekla Structures
  • Broad understanding of industry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret sketches, construction, and civil plans
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office
