Job Description:

Delphi-US is a full-service technical recruitment firm headquartered in Rhode Island and serving clients throughout the United States. We are looking to add multiple Business Development Managers / Account Managers to our contingent labor and direct hire divisions.

We are interested in meeting with candidates that have prior staffing agency or similar experience.

As a sales professional at Delphi, you will:

  • Secure new client agreements and job orders
  • Build close partnerships with new and existing clients through consultative and responsive support
  • Create compelling candidate documents to aid in client decision-making
  • Communicate with the delivery team to prioritize orders and share client-specific requirements
Required:
  • Excellent business development, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to conduct a moderate volume of outbound calls to prospective and existing clients
  • Highly motivated by money
  • Negotiate contracts, rates, fees, and solutions with your clients
  • A commitment to delivering white glove consultative service
