We are currently seeking a Business Developer to join their team.

Position Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing core deposit customers

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate core deposit products and services

- Achieve sales targets for deposit products and services

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service

- Stay current on market trends and competitor offerings

Position Essential Job Functions:

- Business development and relationship management, primarily for core deposits

- Sales and goal achievement

- Customer service and satisfaction

- Market research and analysis

- Team collaboration and communication

Position Skills:

- 5 years of business development experience in the banking industry

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets

- Bachelor's degree in finance or related field (preferred)
