Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of the JFS strategic plan and other key initiatives. Educate and support work stream leads on program office and project management tools. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including objectives, technologies, schedules, and risk factors. Identify project stakeholders and communicate project scope, requirements, objectives, and risks clearly. Plan and allocate project resources, review project time charges, and assist with resource forecasting. Monitor, track, and report on project milestones and deliverables. Conduct risk assessments, report identified risks to leadership, and provide recommendations for mitigation (including project termination if appropriate). Address questions, concerns, and complaints throughout project lifecycles. Foster alignment across multiple teams, establish common goals, and define metrics for tracking team performance. Schedule and facilitate program status and governance meetings. Prepare executive-level presentations and coordinate leadership meetings. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Lean/Six Sigma experience desirable, PMP certification required. Prior experience working in non-profit/community service sector strongly desired. Experience managing complex projects with a focus on delivering results within scope, budget, and schedule. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software. Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies. Demonstrate initiative, tact, and professionalism in problem-solving and organizational tasks. Position requires ability to drive. When using agency or own vehicle, employee must have a Valid NJ driver’s license and proof of NJ Auto Insurance. Hybrid – Schedule will be based on business need.
