Position Summary:

A reputable consumer services organization in Hamilton, NJ is seeking to fill the role of a temporary to permanent Office Administration Specialist. The working hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, including a 1-hour lunch break. The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate administration, demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and exhibit exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and update reports utilizing MS Excel (proficiency in pivot tables and formulas required)
  • Input invoice data accurately
  • Liaise with customers and vendors to provide order updates

  • Manage email correspondence effectively
  • Draft and distribute official communications

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a corporate administrative assistant
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel are essential

  • Comfortable working in a small office setting
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Must be able to work in the office every weekday

Compensation Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
