Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales Executive, with 25% travel in Jacksonville, Florida . The Sales Executive will be primarily responsible prospecting and developing new business and maintaining existing customer relationships. They will be responsible for generating leads, managing their sales pipeline, transactionally selling the products, services, solutions, and closing deals. The role is both a prospector and a hunter, providing consistent engagement to achieve personal and company sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
- Manage negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
Qualifications
- Superior salesmanship and demonstrated ability to understand consumer behavior and its relationship to achieving customer solutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, with strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated and strong drive to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Attention to details and accuracy, and can prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a fast-pace working environment.
- Experience in sales, business development, or related field.
- Familiarity with sales CRMs, such as Salesforce, proficient in MS Teams, MS office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and travel up to 25%
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is preferred.
- 2-5 years' quota carrying sales experience.
*Must have Furniture Industry experience*
Starting salary $38,000 plus commissions, along with company bonus opportunities.
