Job Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, and building strong relationships with potential clients. Your role will be responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to executing the sale and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and social media outreach.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify potential resell and upsell opportunities.


About You:

  • 2+ years of B2B full cycle sales experience
  • Strong knowledge of prospecting and lead generation
  • A highly motivated sales professional with the passion to take on a new challenge
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
  • Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written as you will be conversing with senior-level decision makers on a daily basis
  • Able to excel in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment
  • Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to hit goals, succeed and continuously develop
  • Process-driven and follows best practice to achieve success
