As a Public Sector Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing a growing customer base, establishing deep business and technical relationships, and collaborating with various teams to drive engagement at both the CXO level and with IT architects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and market share in the public sector
- Articulate and implement strategic territory and account plans
- Understand technical considerations, certifications, and procurement processes specific to the public sector
- Identify specific prospects, partners, and channels while communicating a relevant value proposition
- Collaborate with customers and their IT teams to guide product offerings for developers
- Manage complex contract negotiations and maintain an accurate pipeline
- Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management
- Accelerate customer adoption and ensure satisfaction
Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technology sales or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with sales CRM tools
- Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS
- Experience driving new business at the C-suite level
