As a Client Services Coordinator, you will:
* Be responsible for multiple clients' accounting and bookkeeping needs
* Set up QuickBooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online and train clients in the software
* Communicate with clients on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis; travel to client offices
* Month-end/ Quarter-end/ Year-end closing
* Post and reconcile the General Ledger
* Prepare payroll and remit payroll taxes both manually and in software
* Prepare Property Tax Returns
* Prepare Form 1096 and 1099s
* Bank reconciliations
* Record fixed assets and depreciation
What you bring to the role:
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in heavy bookkeeping environment (debits and credits, bank reconciliations, compilations, payroll, etc.)
* Pro-Advisor Certification in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
* Experience in setting up QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online and training clients
* Superior client service with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel
* Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
* Ability to lead, prioritize, thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Integrity, dependability and trustworthiness
