The Client Support Coordinator/Scheduler functions as the liaison between Caregivers and clients. Candidate must be patient, caring, show empathy at all times and be a problem solver. The part time candidate will work on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1pm - 5pm and be on call for weekends. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Manage day to day incoming calls from clients, caregivers, and different resources with professionalism. * Fills cases with existing, qualified Caregivers by using empathy to make the best possible match to client requirements. * Utilizes internal systems and any other necessary systems for complete and accurate care coordination, Caregiver scheduling, data capture, tracking, notes, and follow-up. * Contacts all clients, usually via phone, to check in monthly. * Works the digital leads process for any digital lead received within the parameters set * Utilizes Outlook for email and calendar appointment/event scheduling. * Must be able to see and interpret information within our systems (like ClearCare, FranConnect, or Email) and be able to accurately and quickly exchange information with others, as well as record information in these same systems. * Must have a valid driver's license, positive driving record, reliable transportation.
