What You'll Dive Into?

The key responsibility for this candidate is processing the full cycle semi-monthly payroll for the US and Canada. This includes assisting employees with benefits related questions, maintaining HRIS records, employee files, managing the contractor onboarding and offboarding process. The candidate will also be given ad hoc projects focusing on employee programs and events.

Payroll / HR Administrator within 3 Business Lines: Asset Management, Lending & Leasing, Services for North America.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

* Process semi-monthly payroll using ADP for 170 employees located across the US and Canada.
* Maintain ADP human resources information system (HRIS) and PTO recordkeeping
* Conduct new hire orientation and process new hire paperwork
* Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to payroll and benefits
* Answer benefits and HR-related questions from employees
* Maintain and ensure compliance of employee files and payroll records
* Processes new employee background checks
* Partners with talent acquisition to provide administrative support
* Administers various employee HR programs and events
* Participates in other various HR projects
