POSITION SUMMARY:

The Scheduling Coordinator will work directly with local branches to support all scheduling functions to include scheduling density, inbound calls, and pipeline management. The primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service while establishing the most efficient operations schedules and staying within prescribed scheduling guidelines.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Populate schedules through various mediums; phone calls, SMS/texting, and email
  • Take extreme ownership of customer issues and see through to resolution
  • Coordinate with various departments for customer resolutions
  • Understand company and department goals and KPIs. Ensure work streams are aligned
  • Provide feedback to management and other departments regarding processes, tools, and best practices
  • Perform other additional duties as needed to support company goals and initiatives
  • With minimal oversight, utilize knowledge bases and other tools to perform scheduling functions while always looking for areas to improve

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Education & Certifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Experience:

  • 1 year of solar experience preferred
  • Must have a minimum of 2+ years of relatable experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Possess above-average working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite; experience in operational CRM and ERP systems is a plus
  • Possess strong organizational skills and capable of making decisions without constant supervision
  • Ability to read and interpret job orders as well as understand solar specifications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ABILITIES
