Your role

What you'll be doing

Corpay^ is currently looking to hire an Office Support Executive within the UK Office Support division. This position falls under our Epyx line of business based in Heath Farm, Meriden, UK.

This is a full-time permanent role working 5 days a week onsite. The working hours are Monday to Friday 8.00am to 4.30pm.

Key Accountabilities:

The primary purpose of your role at Epyx will be to assist with the day-to-day management of the Heath Farm premises, this consists of the following key areas:

Facilities:

* Managing and maintaining a sufficient level of office supplies. Including consumables, products, and stationery.


* Ensuring the property, with specific reference to communal areas, are kept clean/tidy.


* Assisting with postal deliveries and collections


* Liaising with suppliers, processing invoices/payments and managing office expenses



Reception:

* Meet/greet external visitors, signing them into the site and issuing/managing temporary security key fobs.


* Coordinate visitor arrival and collection with internal meeting hosts.


* Ensuring the Reception area is kept clean/tidy and to a high standard.



Meetings:

* Prepare meeting rooms in advance of all external visitor appointments.


* Coordinate orders for catering requirements and distribute to meetings.


* Help manage meeting room capacities and amendments.



Maintenance:

* Liaising with trades, contractors and suppliers to administer required works.


* Managing and scheduling annual reviews, as part of legal requirements


* Managing ad hoc emergencies



Health & Safety:

* Assist with the management and implementation of fire and first aid procedures and policies.


* Assist with risk management and assessments.


* Schedule annual reviews/tests, as part of legal requirements



Security & Compliance:

* Manage and process building access.


* Assist with annual audits, both internal & external


* Help to implement and enforce security measures across the Epyx business.


* Liaise with Corpay^ shared services to ensure Epyx is fully compliant with regulations.



Projects:

* Upon occasion you may be requested to be involved in ad hoc projects. You may be required to collaborate with other areas of the business to successfully implement specific requirements. You will be expected to be professional, organised and adaptable.



Social Media:

* Manage the content of the Epyx Heath Farm Facebook & Instagram accounts, ensuring it is consistent, relevant and engaging.
