Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage appointment scheduling and prioritize requests based on urgency, adhering to established protocols.
  • Collaborate with medical assistants and clinicians for clinical decision-making as needed.
  • Welcome patients and facilitate the check-in process efficiently.
  • Monitor and manage daily reminder call logs to ensure timely rescheduling of appointments.
  • Scan and organize documents into the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all necessary information is prepared for patient visits.
  • Process payment batches at the end of each shift, ensuring compliance with cash control procedures.
