Position Overview:We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Care Associate to join our dynamic team. This full-time role involves working Monday through Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8 AM and 6 PM.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage appointment scheduling and prioritize requests based on urgency, adhering to established protocols.
- Collaborate with medical assistants and clinicians for clinical decision-making as needed.
- Welcome patients and facilitate the check-in process efficiently.
- Monitor and manage daily reminder call logs to ensure timely rescheduling of appointments.
