Under the direction of the Community Manager, the Administrative Assistant performs assigned tasks related to the uniform enforcement of the community rules and regulations and daily operations of the property.
Day-to-day tasks may include, but are not limited to:
- Aid in ensuring a clean, safe, and code-compliant environment.
- Uphold and value every resident’s right to peaceful enjoyment of their homesite and the community.
- Answer phones.
- Maintain resident and vendor files.
- Perform data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
- Aid in processing applications for tenancy.
- Other reasonable tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the community.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- One year experience performing general administrative duties (property management experience a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office, and Excel.
- Attention to detail.
Compensation:
- $14-$17 per hour with a benefits package after successful completion of an introductory period.
