We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at SouthCoast Health. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our executive-level administrative assistants, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly and professional greetings to visitors
- Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
- Develop and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher
- Support the executive team with administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and preparing reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
