Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at SouthCoast Health. The successful candidate will provide exceptional support to our executive-level administrative assistants, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and professional greetings to visitors
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory levels
  • Develop and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher
  • Support the executive team with administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and preparing reports
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
