Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase materials, tools, office supplies, and other items related to the aerospace manufacturing and cabinetry industry.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all interactions and inquiries, whether from clients or other parties.
  • Submit tickets to the IT department and handle internet troubleshooting.
  • Handle confidential business matters and maintain smooth office operations when management is unavailable.
  • Collect vendor invoices, process bills, and remit payments.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by the company handbook.
Requirements
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of purchasing skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Two (2) years of administrative and purchasing experience.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Ability to work 40+ hours per week and some weekends.
