Key Responsibilities- Purchase materials, tools, office supplies, and other items related to the aerospace manufacturing and cabinetry industry.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all interactions and inquiries, whether from clients or other parties.
- Submit tickets to the IT department and handle internet troubleshooting.
- Handle confidential business matters and maintain smooth office operations when management is unavailable.
- Collect vendor invoices, process bills, and remit payments.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures set forth by the company handbook.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of purchasing skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Two (2) years of administrative and purchasing experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Ability to work 40+ hours per week and some weekends.
