Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at MSCCN. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls, greeting walk-in customers, and referring them to the appropriate parties
  • Generating counter sale invoices and processing payments, as well as filing and creating folders
  • Processing daily check and cash deposits, applying payments to customer accounts, and generating work orders for new service requests
  • Providing administrative assistance, including email account oversight and expense reconciliation
  • Assisting with accounts receivable, including generating invoices and collecting payments

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage accounting software
