POSITION PURPOSE: This individual is responsible for managing an assigned territory and developing incremental sales growth through selling the company products and Digital Dental Solutions while building relationships with existing clients, prospect clients and cold call clients.Considering Clients to be Dental Laboratories, Dental Clinics, Distributors and DSO (Labs & Clinics). This individual is responsible for managing the accounts in the assigned territory to propelling sales growth by introducing, training and bonding tight relationship with clients on regards to our product portfolio and Digital Dental Solutions in accordance with the go to market strategy.This individual is expected to exhibit organization, planning and execution within their territory, while consistently tracking and communicating all information via CRM. The Regional Business Development/Sales Representative is responsible for training, demonstrating, and troubleshooting our complete line of products within the assigned territory. This individual works closely with and effectively communicates to the Managing Director on a timely basis.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS, JOB DUTIES AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of a B.A. in a business discipline and/or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the dental industry working closely with Labs. Ideally experience selling Cad-Cam products or solutions (3d printers, Milling Machines, Scanners, Cad Software (Exocad or 3shape)). Or with experience on prosthetics and/or implant parts.
  • Individual with extreme sales orientation and skills with sales hunter mindset. Eager to take the performance in the region to the next level.
  • Dental technical experience or knowledge (Dental technician) would be and additional asset.
  • Located for at least the past 5 years in the designated area that would lead the individual to bring contacts/clients on board with urgency (Connections with Labs, Distributors, Clinics, DSO in the region). 
  • Must demonstrate self-motivation, enthusiasm, organizational skills, and be goal oriented. 
  • Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills. 
  • Extremely well organized and used to work with CRM software.
  • Must be able to travel 3 to 4 days per week for 60% of the year. 
  • Strong network and relationship building skills, problem-solving and sales skills.
  • Individual that looks for challenges and is used to perform in that kind of environment.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Actively looking to find new clients, boost sales and manage client relationships within an assigned territory. 
  • Train and Educate clients on our products and Digital Dental Solutions.
  • Effectively communicate product features and Cad solutions on a timely basis to clients.
  • Increase incremental sales growth by working together with dental tech support (Product Specialist).
  • Build and maintain very strong and close relationship with client portfolio. To create a bond to excel company's relationship with client on terms of tight partnership.
  • Schedule trainings with clients and the tech support team (Product Specialist) to drive sales and excel customer support and satisfaction.
  • Effectively communicate client and territory activities, both verbally and via weekly written reports, with Managing Director, on a timely basis.
  • Support Company industry related events and activities, including but not limited to Trade events/demos, trade shows, trainings, Conferences, Lectures…and regional industry activities.
  • Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all projected objectives and deadlines.
  • Must be able to travel 3 to 4 days per week for 60% of the year.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Remote Job position that generally, works in a home office environment but may be constantly required to travel on weekly basis.
  • This position regularly requires quite amount of time to be spent using and viewing computer screens, which generally entails regular and repetitive motions.
