Job Title: Territory Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our team at Integral dx. As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for driving business results within your defined geographical region, including marketing, sales, and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate regional contact database through market research and relationship building.
  • Meet regularly with current and prospective customers to develop and nurture relationships.
  • Plan, execute, and follow up on product demonstrations to showcase our products and their applications.
  • Understand and review product drawings, 3D models, and bills of material to present products and their options to prospective customers.
  • Prepare, review, and present product sales proposals to meet customer needs, utilizing effective communication and collaboration with internal teams.
  • Gain a working knowledge of MRP to manage, prospect, and close sales opportunities.
  • Conduct new product delivery training and promote aftermarket offerings, including service part sales.
  • Coordinate warranty and service work within the region, with the ability to perform light service work.
  • Participate in developing marketing strategies for the territory and execute finalized strategies.
  • Attend regional associations, trade shows, and lead follow-up efforts, preparing exhibitor lists as needed.
  • Participate in business planning and budget planning.
  • Travel within the territory, providing activity summary reports to management weekly, with 60-80% travel required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong active listening skills, multitasking, prioritization, and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
  • Knowledge of machinery, equipment, materials, and bills of material.
