Territory Sales Manager

Parts Authority is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve growth and surpass sales targets
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base
- Own personal recruiting, objectives setting, and performance monitoring
- Cultivate strong relationships with the sales team and understand their needs for success
- Identify opportunities for growth within the existing customer base and explore avenues for new business
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales in a highly competitive market, with a focus on wholesale auto parts
- Previous success in a similar individual contributor role is preferred
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience in prospecting new business and closing sales is a plus
- Formal education in sales or a technical-related area is highly desirable
