About the Role:

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within a designated territory. This role involves developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for a range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize territory share and achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and site visits
• Identify and prioritize potential customers, industries, and market segments for business development
• Utilize SalesForce CRM system to track performance and manage customers collaboratively

Requirements:

This role requires a strong sales background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs.
