Job DescriptionJob Description

Our IT consulting company is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT consulting industry. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to grow our business.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and decision-makers in target industries and verticals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities for our IT consulting services to add value to prospective clients.
  • Create and execute a sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Work closely with marketing to develop and implement targeted campaigns.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Work with project teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1 – 5 years of sales experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the IT consulting industry and related technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting.
  • Knowledge of social media driven sales.
