We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at BBI Logistics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through creative self-generation and qualification of prospects.
  • Cold Calling: Execute 80+ cold calls per day to build relationships with prospects and existing customers.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide and negotiate freight costs to customers and carriers.
  • Freight Management: Manage freight movement and problem-solve in real-time using our proprietary TMS software.
  • Customer Communication: Proactively communicate with customers and carriers to resolve issues and provide updates.
