While in this role, you will accomplish sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating field sales action plans. Meeting financial objectives maximizing profitability for the company by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual performance budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances. The Sales Manager will primarily work out of our Dayton office, however will travel to NKY office as needed.

The right individual will display professionalism, has prior B2B sales experience, integrity, a growth mindset and an endless drive to succeed.

This position is $100K+ OPPORTUNITY with a base salary plus rewarding commissions/bonuses

Requirements

What you will do...

  • Provide professional, organized, effective, sales leadership to Sales Executives
  • Responsible for holding the Sales Executives accountable to all City Wide policies including the behaviors required to achieve the results needed to accomplish the sales goals
  • Ensure the operational aspect of jobs sold are executed in an effective manner, on budget and to the satisfaction of the client.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Responsible for meeting your own personal sales objectives as defined in your compensation plan.
  • Manage our Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
  • Develop processes that integrate the City Wide technology system within the sales process.
  • Provide new employee training and orientation as well as ongoing coaching and goal setting for all Sales Executives.

What is required...

  • 2-5 years of Outside B2B sales experience
  • Goal setting and sales management - track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
  • Organized with territory management experience
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills, leading client meetings
