Regional Sales Manager

At Great Day Improvements, we are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our branch operations and drive sales growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing branch performance, and building a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain sales, installation, and profitability goals for the branch
  • Ensure consistent execution of Apex's JSP and SSP processes
  • Hire, train, and supervise branch staff, including Managing Seniors Partner, Junior Sales Partners, and sales staff
  • Support recruiting initiatives to achieve JSP and SSP headcount and customer conversation goals
  • Oversee office and installation departments to evaluate quality, productivity, and accuracy
  • Develop and implement budgets and forecasts, and analyze job costing and profitability
  • Function as a liaison between the branch and corporate divisions, departments, and operations
Requirements:
  • Proven experience recruiting, developing, and managing high-performance teams
  • General management and sales leadership experience with some P&L responsibilities
  • Good working knowledge of construction and operations/sales management experience
  • Excellent people, communication, and customer relations skills
  • Data and process-driven, with experience developing and implementing budgets and forecasts
  • Competent in the use of technology and able to function proficiently with Excel, iPhone/iPad, and in our IT systems
