Job Description

As a Sales Enablement Manager at Pacaso, you will play a critical role in our growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to equip our sales team with the best tools, training, and support to succeed. You will develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth, implement and maintain structured sales processes and onboarding programs, and create and iterate on BDR playbooks and continuous sales training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a business strategy that drives growth and revenue
  • Implement and maintain sales processes and onboarding programs to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Create and iterate on BDR playbooks and sales training programs to enhance sales performance
  • Monitor and analyze sales KPIs to ensure alignment with corporate goals
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with prospects and clients
Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales enablement and team management
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce and sales process management
  • Strong negotiation and networking skills
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
